SimPlus is proud to support the successful launch of OHS-Sapphire, a first-of-its-kind digital solution introduced by PSA Marine to provide shipmasters with real-time delivery updates for vessel supplies while alongside Singapore terminals.
OHS-Sapphire is integrated into PSA Marine’s ONEHANDSHAKE™ digital platform and enhances visibility across the maritime supply chain by enabling shipmasters and vessel operators to receive timely updates on the delivery status of supplies such as spare parts and food provisions.
As the system developer, SimPlus designed and implemented the digital solution architecture to facilitate seamless information flow between maritime stakeholders, helping to improve operational coordination, reduce uncertainty, and optimise resource utilisation for both vessel crews and logistics providers.
The solution supports more efficient planning onboard vessels by providing greater transparency over delivery timing and status. This allows ship crews to better organise operational activities while reducing waiting time and improving turnaround efficiency.

Singapore remains one of the world’s busiest transhipment hubs, with more than 1,000 container vessels berthing and 3,000 vessels anchored in Singapore waters each month. OHS-Sapphire is expected to further strengthen operational coordination within the port ecosystem, with plans to extend the solution to vessels at Singapore anchorages.
